Hey there,
Intermittent fasting is a popular trend these days. I, too, tried it.
I survived six months and said to myself, never again. It’s not for me. It left me tired, craving more food, irritated and depressed. Not to mention, loss of muscle mass and strength.
Intermittent fasting may work for others. But it didn’t help me. And that’s why it is wise to listen to your own body and what it is trying to tell you.
Is a particular diet helping your energy levels, mood, muscle strength, sleep, etc.?
If you are seeing benefits, then why not do it? But if you are feeling drained and , there’s no need to stick to a trending diet or food just because your favourite celebrity or influencer is doing it.
It’s the same with haircare.
I will talk about rosemary water today.
I like rosemary water. But some people find rosemary water drying for their hair.
I also wanted to report that I prefer to make rosemary water using fresh rosemary leaves versus dried leaves.
I don’t know the reason, but I get better results with fresh rosemary leaves. Maybe as it dries, some volatile oils escape and give you inferior results.
Rosemary water made with fresh leaves is amazing for hair.
It helps reduce hair loss and makes hair thicker and stronger. Rosemary also improves the shine and condition of hair.
