Got fine, thin hair that sits limp on your head?

How to do it??
Similar way you would pump up your arms…. with protein.
However just eating protein won’t make your arms strong. You need to go to the gym, lift weights and work out. Gym is fun. Seeing others work out keeps you motivated. So you can get the body of your dreams.
But how do you get the hair of your dreams??
Protein will help your hair too. The good thing is you don’t have to work your hair like you would work your arms. Simply slathering protein on hair will do.
One of my favourite ways to do it is by using avocado.
What I like about avocado is that it’s an all-rounder for hair.
It not only offers protein, it also has wonderful fats and antioxidants in them. So avocado will leave your hair thick, soft, shiny and fabulous looking.
