Hi there
From last week’s article, Beetroot for Glowing Hair and Skin, I have two readers share their beetroot recipes. Here’s one by Peni Beni:
I don’t peel my beet roots, I scrub with alittle brush, dry them, rub coconut oil all over them, bake them in a covered roasting pan at 350 for an hour. They’re very good.
I have a friend who cooks beet similarly. She first peels them and rubs them with some oil and salt. Then, covers them with pastry sheets and bakes. It’s yummy to eat.
Now, over to this week’s hair remedy, we have the amazing aloe vera.
Aloe vera is a desert plant, so it’s leaves are fat and succulent to trap in the gooey gel. And this gel is packed with nutrients that are fantastic for our hair.
Aloe vera is an age-old remedy for hair loss, as well as to nourish hair strands and style hair.
So how do you use aloe vera for hair growth?
Here’s a simple aloe vera hair mask to get thicker, fuller hair.
